Shipping & Delivery
Each Monogram Mary order is custom- stitched to be as unique and special as the individual it's created for. With this in mind, please allow 3 weeks from the order date for your shipment to be stitched and out the door. We work hard get items shipped as soon as possible but will never sacrifice quality for speed.
Shipments within the US and Canada are done via UPS therefore we do not ship to PO Boxes. We ship from our headquarters in Greenwich, Connecticut, approximate standard shipping time is 5-7 business days from fulfillment of order. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has been shipped. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, we are only responsible for the time it takes to create every Monogram Mary order.
Select your delivery method on the checkout page. We offer Ground Delivery (5-7 business days), 2nd- Day Air and Overnight Delivery. Pricing will calculate based on ship to zipcode during the checkout process. Please note these timelines do not expedite the monogram process, which can take up to 3 weeks. Once your special item is perfectly stitched, packed up and out the Monogram Mary door you will receive a tracking number.
At this time we are accepting Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders shipping outside the state of Connecticut. For all orders shipping to Connecticut a sales tax of 6.35% does apply.
For shipping outside the US and Canada, we use UPS Worldwide Expedited where available. Please note, Monogram Mary is not responsible for any customs fees or dues, those will be passed on to the customer directly.
