Our standard embroidery turnaround is two weeks for both in-store and online orders. We also offer 3–5 day and 24-hour rush options for an additional fee. If you’re shopping in our Old Greenwich store and need a gift right away, you can purchase the item without embroidery and let the recipient stop by later to choose their own personalization.
